The Connolly Refrigeration Group Ltd., are proud of their dedicated Employees and provide them with an annual Training Programme designed to meet the commitment of the Company to provide total Customer Satisfaction.

The Sales Engineers in your area, the Installation or Field Service Engineer or any of our Administration Staff; all of them work together as a team to ensure the highest possible standard.

The Training Programme for our Installation and Field Service Engineers includes Courses and Seminars held by leading manufacturers in the industry such as Mitsubishi, Carrier, True, Fosters and Williams.

Each engineer has a recognised Health and Safety qualification, Industry Skill Cards, Refrigerant Handling, Product training and Emergency Aid and Manual Handling certificates. The Training Schedule is continually audited and updated via the services of a Qualified Health and Safety Consultant.

Installation Engineers are trained to IPAF standard in the use of erecting and using portable scaffold towers and other access and lifting equipment such as scissor lifts, and fork lifts.

The Company is a Constructionline Member no. 2468 and is also a Member of the Mid-Anglia Environment and Safety and Health organisation.
